ONE Championship Rankings Update: Garry Tonon Rises, John Wayne Parr and Marat Grigorian Debut

The largest global sports media property in Asian history, ONE Championship™ (ONE), today released the latest update to the ONE Championship Official Athlete Rankings.

After a tremendous performance against Japan’s Koyomi Matsushima, undefeated American Garry “The Lion Killer” Tonon climbed to the #3 spot in the featherweight mixed martial arts rankings, sitting just behind top talents Martin Nguyen and Christian Lee.

The legendary John Wayne “The Gunslinger” Parr of Australia has entered the lightweight kickboxing rankings at #4. The 10-time Kickboxing and Muay Thai World Champion is expected to make his highly-anticipated promotional debut soon.

Meanwhile, Armenian-Belgian superstar Marat Grigorian climbed to the #3 spot in the featherweight kickboxing rankings following his spectacular knockout victory over Ivan Kondratev a month ago. He sits comfortably behind Thai icon Superbon and the legendary Giorgio Petrosyan.

Three-time Russian Kickboxing Champion Jamal “Kherow” Yusupov overtook Superbon to claim the #1 contender spot in the featherweight Muay Thai rankings. Yusupov put together a thrilling victory over Samy Sana just last December.
